NENA 2012 Installment Plan Pricing

New for NENA 2012, NENA is offering installment plan pricing designed to promote ease of payment for 9-1-1 professionals attending the conference. This offer is only available online and registration must be submitted by November 15, 2011.

*All additional fees (per-conference courses, guest registrations, etc.) will be added as a lump sum to payment 1.

Installment Plan Details
  • Must register online by November 15, 2011
    • For ease of processing and tracking registrations and payments, no paper applicants will be accepted

  • Must adhere to the above posted payment schedule
    • Each late payment will incur an additional $25 processing fee
  • Invoices must be generated by the registrant online via his or her member profile
    • Detailed instructions and reminder emails will be sent to registrant
  • Online payments via credit card are preferred, but checks will be accepted
  • Cancellations are allowed, but no refunds will be issued against payments previously received by NENA
    • Registration transfers are allowed
  • Only full conference registration categories are available under the payment plan option
    • The option is not available for one-day or exhibit hall only registrations
    • The option is not available for hotel reservations (not included in registration rates)
