Circle Centre Mall

is reminiscent of a European street market but located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. With anchors Nordstrom and Carson Pirie Scott, 100 specialty stores, fine dining, food court and convenient parking, Open: Mon.-Sat., 10 a.m.-9 p.m.; Sun., noon-6 p.m.

Mass Ave Arts District

The five-block downtown area known simply as "Mass Ave" is an emerging cultural district featuring renovated art galleries, five performing arts theatres, eclectic boutiques, ethnic and contemporary restaurants and lively bars - all restoring the locale's vitality. While strolling Mass Ave, take time to admire the outdoor public art displays, rich architecture and nearby historic neighborhoods. The Children's Museum

of Indianapolis is the largest children's museum in the world. Dinosphere is one of the largest displays of real juvenile and family dinosaur fossils in the United States.

The Indianapolis Zoo

includes Indiana's largest aquarium, open exhibit areas with 350 different animal species and seasonal pony, train and family roller coaster rides. The complex also includes the 3.3-acre White River Gardens.

The Indiana World War Memorial

Dominates the picturesque setting of War Memorial Plaza in downtown Indianapolis. This limestone and marble memorial pays homage to Hoosiers killed during World Wars I and II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) Hall of Fame Museum

has one of the world's largest, most varied collections of racing, classic and antique cars including more than 30 Indianapolis 500 winning cars.


The Indianapolis Museum of Art (IMA)

is just a short drive from downtown Indianapolis on 152 acres of gardens and grounds. The IMA is the fifth largest general art museum in the United States, with a collection of more than 50,000 works.
