Today, DHS announced the release of the FY 2008 application guidance for 14 federal grants programs totaling more than $3 billion.

 I would particularly call your attention to the Individual fact sheets.  You will notice that the allocations for each state for EMPG are listed and that the States are to submit their applications by March 1, 2008.
