NENA 2010 will feature eleven different one and two day, Pre-Conference Courses aimed at 9-1-1 professionals looking to hone their skills in specific areas. These classes, taught by leading public safety experts, are a great way to kick off your conference experience. Not only do they provide valuable insights into the latest trends and topics in emergency communications, but they allow attendees to earn points towards ENP Certification and Re-Certification.
