NENA is pleased to announce that on November 15, 2012 we will introduce a new and improved PSAP Registry website. NENA has partnered with Digital Data Technologies, Inc. (DDTI) to develop a database with increased functionality and improved performance. Some of the new features that users will see include:
Improved search feature to more easily locate PSAPs
Simplified site login using your current email address as your username
A streamlined registration process for additional users
The inclusion of PSAP change request status info
Automated password resets - no more waiting!
On Nov 15th, current users of the PSAP Registry will be sent access information and be asked to create a new User ID and password.
