The intent of the Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP) is twofold: to provide attendees with skills necessary to best manage a 9-1-1 center, and; to ensure that all participants are able to understand and utilize the material with which they have been presented. Therefore, unlike NENA’s traditional in-person course model, attendance will not be enough to complete the program.
Attendees will have to meet a measurable standard of competency via successful completion of all lab assignments and passage of final examination to complete their certification.
Please note, all registrants should bring a laptop computer with MS Office installed in order to fully participate in daily assignments and activities.
Looking to Earn ENP Points?
The CMCP is meant to complement NENA's Emergency Number Professional (ENP) Certification Program and provide attendees with an opportunity to explore a number of topics in NENA's Body of Knowledge. By successfully completing the CMCP, attendees earn 5 Professional Development points towards their initial ENP Application or towards ENP Re-Certification.
