NENA Partners With Naylor, LLC
Friday, June 17, 2011
Naylor, LLC, North America's leading media and events partner for associations, is proud to announce a new partnership with NENA. Naylor will bring its expertise in association media to NENA as it publishes their new quarterly magazine. This magazine will provide members with professional, peer-reviewed articles and timely industry news, including updates on technology, operations, training and policy. In addition to print, Naylor and NENA are working to bring this informative resource to life in a fully interactive online version.
"Since its founding, NENA has been a strong advocate of innovation regarding the ways we communicate. Continuing this tradition, we are very excited to partner with an industry leader like Naylor to reinvent the way we communicate with our own members,” said Brian Fontes, CEO of NENA. "We are confident that this new partnership will benefit our association, our members and our mission.”
Representing nearly 7,000 members in 48 chapters, the National Emergency Number Association is the foremost advocate of 9-1-1 emergency communications. As the only professional association focused specifically on 9-1-1 policy, technologies and education, NENA promotes awareness and implementation of 9-1-1 as the universal emergency access number. Through its efforts, NENA strives to protect human life, preserve property and maintain the security of our communities.
"We are excited about our new relationship with NENA and look forward to the successful launch of their new magazine. We aim to maintain a partnership that proves beneficial for NENA and its members," said Charles Popper, vice president of association relations for Naylor.
The Official Publication of NENA will premiere in the fall of this year.
