Kevin Diluia, ENP
Kevin Diluia, ENP is the Deputy Director — Operations for the Northwest Central Dispatch System (NWCDS) in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and a 9-1-1 professional of over 23 years.
Kevin began his career at NWCDS in 1994 as an entry-level Telecommunicator, and moved into the role of Training Officer shortly thereafter. In 2004, Kevin became the Communication Coordinator for the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS), where he worked on behalf of more than 900 local governments in the matters of mutual aid and emergency response. Kevin is the former head of NWCDS’ Emergency Medical Dispatch program, which has been recognized nationally as a key component of capable EMS systems.
Kevin holds a number of public safety certifications and works as an EMD-Q instructor through the International Academy of Emergency Dispatchers. He is also an Adjunct-Faculty member at Harper College, where he teaches courses on emergency dispatch. Kevin has presented at an array of national conferences, including the MABAS and Navigator conferences, since 2005.
